Our carbon neutral policy
As part of Travel Management Team's commitment to the reduction of carbon emissions generated by air travel, for every 10 passengers that travel with Travel Management Team a native tree will be planted in managed woodlands within the UK. An initiative in association with the Carbon Neutral Company, we are actively involved in working towards sustainable solutions and addressing climate change.
We are also asking our partner DMC's to provide at least one eco-friendly itinerary or ideas on their destinations, for e.g. Cities can incorporate programmes using local coaches that run on LPG, electric or bio fuels and can promote greater use of trains/trams for transfers. Walking tours can be recommended for sightseeing therefore greatly reducing the carbon footprint.
